I chose USPS first class shipping and my package was lost/stolen/damaged!
USPS Ground shipping automatically provides $50 insurance on all purchases. If you have found your purchase to be lost or stolen immediately contact USPS and file a lost/stolen ticket.
Are the earring findings made of nickel?
No. All earring findings are hypoalergenic. made of brass and silver or gold plated.
Will my information be shared?
Your privacy and safety are our biggest concern. At no point is your personal information sold or shared to any outside company or organization whether online or via social media.
Do you process refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are processed once return items have been received. Return addressed mailers will not be provided and postage will not be compensated.
Exchanges will not be processed for damaged items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes five to seven days. Once the order has been fulfilled USPS first class shipping is estimated at three days.
I love this earring but it is out of stock! When will you restock this item?
To keep the store fresh and ever changing we will not immediately restock items. It is our desire to have brand new inventory every quarter to keep your jewelry boxes overflowing with dope-ness. While popular earrings will evetually be restocked, there is no time-line on when.
I'd like to get my business logo made into earrings. Do you make custom?
To order a custom item or something that used to be available on the website visit the "custom Accessory" collection. Send descriptions and/or pictures to our email and reference your order number.
Do you do Wholesale?
Yes! We provide wholesale and custom wholesale options. The minimum quantity is 10 items per design at 60% off the original price. Contact us via email or the contact page to discuss further.
